Mindful Vinyasa Flow Yoga
In this intermediate class, we will link the breath with postures in flowing sequences. It is helpful to have a working knowledge of the English names of the postures and a familiarity with how they feel in your body. Explanations will not be given about how to get into and out of the postures, although alignment cues will be included to help facilitate engagement and bring attention to certain parts of the body. Although called an intermediate class, what this means will vary for each person. Come with a sense of curiosity!
